How Does FastrackCE Work?

Completing your continuing education requirements is an easy three step process:
  1. Select the course(s) you would like to take
  2. Order the course(s)
  3. Complete the course(s) on the site
1. Select the course(s) you would like to take
Begin by clicking on the "Courses" tab. It is located on the navigation bar at the top of the "Home" page. Choose the appropriate state and license type, and then click on the "View Courses" button. From the "Available Courses" page select the course or courses and add them to the shopping cart by clicking on the "Order Now" link. For a detailed description of a course simply click on the course title.

2. Order the course(s)
Once you have your courses in the shopping cart you can check out by clicking on the "Check Out" button. At time of checkout you will need a credit card for payment. In addition, we will collect some additional information to correctly report your completed hours to the appropriate licensing authority ( normally the Department of Insurance in your state). This information will include a username and password ( selected by you) to allow access to the "members" area of the site. Please keep your username and password handy, as you will need them to login to your "Account Information" page.

3. Complete the course(s) on the site
After checking out login to your "Account Information" page. The "Members Login" is located on the bottom left of the "Home Page". Here you will be able to download the course material for each course you purchased. The "Download" page gives you all the details on how to do this. The course material will be viewable using Adobe Acrobat Reader. You may retain the course material for as long as you like. If you do not wish to retain the material simply delete the file once you have completed and passed the final exam. If you do not have a copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader you can download it for free by clicking here and following Adobe's installation instructions.

After completing the course material you must return to your "Account Page" to take the final exam.* The link to begin the exam is located at the bottom of each "Registered Course" box. In order to pass the exam you must answer at least 70% of the questions correctly. You may take up to six months to complete the course material and exam. During the completion of the final exam you may leave and return as necessary. The last completed question will be bookmarked for your return. Once you are satisfied with your answers you may submit it for grading. You will be notified of your status, pass or fail, immediately.

Important: The date of course completion is based upon that date you successfully (answer at least 70% of the questions correctly) complete and submit the final exam.

If you do not pass the exam you will have a second opportunity to do so. In the event you do not pass on a second attempt you will be allowed to take a second course at no additional charge.

Once you have passed the exam you will be notified via e-mail that your certificate of completion is available for printing. Click on the link in the e-mail to go to the page to print your certificate. Please read the information in the pop up box. It will tell you how reporting of completed courses is handled for your state.

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with the course material and have not completed the final exam we will refund full purchase price (less shipping and handling) within 30 days of purchase.

If you have any questions please Contact Us.

*Some states required a supervised or proctored exam. The system will notify you if you are signing up for a course in one of those states. Please make sure to follow those instructions to ensure that you receive proper credit.
